Digital Works Screening & Talk (De)

If travelling is not an option for logistical and legal reasons or simply out of epidemiological caution, other solutions are needed to bring art across the world to a broad audience. Last year, Pop-Kultur introduced its digital works, audiovisual commissioned works enabling artists from all over the world to contribute artistic discourse to the festival. This year, too, there will be some to see and hear: Dlina Volny, Girlpool, Ian Isiah, Show Dem Camp and she_skin have realised video works exclusively for Pop-Kultur, which will be shown together in Saal 6 of the Kulturbrauerei cinema. Following the screening, Christian Morin, Leyla Yenirce, Pamela Owusu-Brenyah and Yeşim Duman from the Pop-Kultur programme team will discuss the development, implementation and results of these international productions.
