FAQ

I. TICKETING AND HYGIENE CONCEPT

The general conditions for planning Pop-Kultur 2021 are constantly changing due to the ongoing Corona pandemic. To counter this situation, we are planning the festival with comprehensive protective measures and in different variants. The health of the audience, the artists and all participants always comes first. Therefore, a comprehensive hygiene and infection control concept has been developed in close consultation with the responsible authorities.
The measures that apply to the festival are presented below. These measures will be regularly adapted to the respective situation. Therefore, please inform yourself at this point about the currently valid regulations before your visit to Pop-Kultur 2021.

This year, only day tickets are available – no festival passes. Because of reduced capacity due to the pandemic, admission will be first come, first served. One ticket entitles the holder to enter the festival grounds and – according to their respective capacities – to enter the individual venues. The ticket does not entitle the holder to attend individual events or venues if they are already at capacity.

In order to ensure that chains of infection can be traced, all tickets are personalised at the time of purchase. Please note that tickets are non-transferable and must be presented both at the entrance to the festival site and at the entrance to the individual venues.

In the event that the festival has to be cancelled due to Corona, the ticket price will be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ticket provider Reservix.

II. ENTRY

All current general Corona-related health regulations apply on the premises and in all Pop-Kultur venues:

Tested, Recovered or Vaccinated
Admission to the grounds is only possible by presenting a negative Covid-19 test result (rapid antigen test, not older than 24 hours or PCR test not older than 48 hours). Self-tests are not valid.

The testing obligation does not apply if a complete vaccination or recovery from Covid-19 can be proven.

Mask requirement
Access to all festival venues is only permitted with a medical mask or FFP2 mask. The mask obligation also applies indoors at the seat (see also II.2).
Please ensure that your mask always covers your mouth and nose.

Distancing rules
Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters on all paths and avoid the formation of groups.
The minimum distance may only be undercut by people who live in the same household or are registered together in the Pop-Kultur ticketing system.
Please also refer to the posted signs with information on the applicable distancing rules.

In order to better regulate the distancing rules for everyone, the majority of our programme will take place with seats (see also II.2).
Please follow the instructions for seating allocation given by our staff.

Health protection
Please maintain regular hand hygiene. Sufficient disinfectant dispensers and sanitary facilities are available for this purpose.
Please also observe the cough and sneeze etiquette.
If you notice any Covid-19 symptoms or other cold symptoms, please stay at home.

Our mobile awareness team reserves the right to politely point out our health-protection rules to you if necessary.
If you are unsure about anything, you can always contact our security or service staff.

The majority of our programme, both inside and outside, will be seated.
Please follow the seating allocation instructions given by our guest managers.
Indoors, masks are required.
Outdoors, masks can be removed while in your seat.
