Capuz + SpriteEyeZ & Janosa Mike

Hamburg rapper Capuz often invokes horrorcore aesthetics in his abstract and ambiguous lyrics, sometimes taking trap tropes in new directions. This equally confrontational and discursive mix will be all the more explosive at a small summit meeting of three related yet fundamentally different minds: at Pop-Kultur, Capuz will team up with SpriteEyeZ and Janosa Mike. As SpriteEyeZ, Lev Estrin works as a DJ and organises c;ub nights with such engaging names as »Batzen« (»Clump«) or »Mega geiler Drachen« (»Super Horny Dragon«). Mike’s business card would have to be printed in four-point font to fit all her activities on it: interdisciplinary artist, filmmaker, product designer, actress, photographer, stage designer, head of a casting agency and of course – this part can be written in slightly larger and bold letters – a central figure of Hamburg’s trap scene. So, even if the outcome of this collaborative set is uncertain, nothing can go wrong.
