»Diversity in the workplace – How to drive change« (En)

The working world has been equal for a while now? No way! Women in particular do not have it easy when looking for a job and pursuing a career. The panel »Diversity in the Workspace – How to drive change,« organised in cooperation with the umbrella organisation Music Women* Germany, is dedicated to persisting problems, such as unequal pay and a lack of promotion opportunities. Claudia Schwarz from Music Women* Germany, cultural consultant Sandira Blas and personnel administrator Ye Jin Lee will discuss approaches to solutions along with host Yolanda Rother, something relevant for more than only women: from applying for and filling positions or artist residencies, to fair compensation and a new understanding of team leadership, to the collaborative shaping of a workplace culture, modern labour models, and finding a work-life balance.
